Milkweed or monarch observation details

I did not notice milkweed but saw 4 what I believe to be different monarchs in the marsh behind HANC. 2 were together in the same part of marsh and were the tiniest monarchs I have ever seen. Another one was close by and was normal sized and a 4th I had seen earlier in another part of the marsh. I do not think they were the same monarchs.
