- I observed 30 common milkweed plants, but there were many more plants on the site. Out of the 30 plants I observed, there was one monarch egg on the bottom side of a leaf. I did not see any monarch caterpillars or butterflies.
Milkweed plants are mixed in with other plant species. Grass around milkweed and other plants is kept short.

Other insect species seen: A few red milkweed beetles, 1 spotted lanternfly nymph, 1 Japanese beetle
