- At10:25 a.m. I was outside documenting larvas and putting suet and bird seeds in backyard away from Monarch area. Monarch came by to let me know it emerged, made sure I saw it by vegetables growing in large containers. Took off to Innlnview Rd and Great Neck Road. Will go by London Bridge Garden Greenhouse and Nursery to if there is one or two more Monarchs. Forgot to mention yesterday that I found an empty monarch chrysalis shell in the dirt in one of the plant container. Curios to see if this batch of larvas are no gong to hide their shells since these larvas do not play hide and seek like the first two batches of Monarchs did with me.
